My Redmi Note-4 mobile was having Charging problem from 13/7/2017. This mobile I bought on 24/5/2017.

I have given it for repair on 14/7/2017 in your service centre at Malviya Nagar, Delhi & I was informed that it will take 10 days for repair as Motherboard is not available.
Although the reply from your service centre was not acceptable, but as I was having no other choice, I agreed.
I use to call your service centre everyday for the status & all the time same reply that Motherboard is not available & is under transit.

Today morning again same reply, now this is really annoying. First of all a very new mobile is having such a big problem, how it is possible?
Why there is no spare available in the service centre??

I want you to look into this matter immediately, as a I am suffering a lot.

Iam having a prepaid Airtel mobile connection. I have not been able to recharge on the offers provided on the mobile. I have tried through online 4 times, 3 times using online banking for Rs 399, and once with credit card. Today I went to a shop and tried with Rs 399. The shopkeeper also got a message saying unsuccessful. He contacted the Customer care and was told that 399 offer is no more available for my no when in fact it shows availability everywhere. I came back and tried online for Rs 349 which is available for 28 days. That also was unsuccessful and expecting Refund .All together I am due for a refunf of Rs 399×4 and 349. Iam disgusted with the services of Airtel. Can you do something

I Have couriered medicines through Madhur courier service, wide receipt no 6020346007 dated 20/07/2017 from Bhilai (C.G) to Burhanpur (M.P) and on 28th July while tracking showing laying at Raipur. In eight day transported only 30 Kms. Neither in Madhur courier website contact number are updated nor at local level. Very poor service. My courier AWB# 34504430446 has dispatched on 26 th of july from axis bank. it had already reached to Jpnagar chunchghta branch . but entire team members are behaving so much irresponsible from past 2 days . no proper resons from them branch senior is using volgur words with for asking for delay . very ridculous behaviour. same has experienced past time also. no response for callstried to call coustmer care nobody is responding . i never felt this much rude behaviour from blue dart jp nagar chunchgatta branch . please take proper action on this . this is not only my problem for others also same thing happening.

I purchased a Peponi Corporate Office Lace up Shoe (Order ID: OD109447057573841000) on 16th Jun’17. The product was damaged after 2-3 uses. I raised a return request on 14th July and no one came to pick the item till 25th July. On 26th a pick was attempted and the person denied as teh item was used. I contacted flipkart support, and after 3 hours of discussion and multiple call disconnects (Intentional disconnection I must say) some one from escalation team, initiated a return request for the product again and assured me that the product will be picked up in his current codition and a refund will be processed within 2 days. Pick up person came again and denied to pick the item with same reason, so I contacted the flipkart support again. I am still on hold to get in touch with a supervisor. I have been contacting the support since 11:30 AM today and stil on hold (At 1:51 PM ). No one providing any help and just hsaring the policy itself. I have not been transferred to any supervisor . I have asked them to provvide me the Ombudsman or Grivance team details that was also not shared. I have lost 5-7 precious hours of my life in chasing up with the flipkart support.

Scam or fraud: Oneassist Consumer Solutions — not getting my handset back from oneassist

Dear Sir/madam,

I had taken total protection plan for mmy handset Redme 4A which suffered a liquid damage. Till now I have not received my handset and Oneassist has closed the service request without returning my handset.
I had lodged a liquid damage claim and submitted documents on 12th June and clearly mentioned, there is speaker issue where as all other parts are working fine.
On 28th June, the device was picked up and then the harassment started.
I got a mail that my phone is not getting switched on and hence nothing is working. It is a case of BER ( which I heard from Oneassist for the first time in the whole process) and repair estimate is INR 6122 for INR 6000 mobile which had only speaker issue.
I was given two options, to claim refund of INR 3799/- after submitting documents or take the handset back without repair with 15 days.
When I asked for an explanation that it was working fine and how it’s not getting switched on, I got a reply that these are the general issues in liquid damage. It means it’s not specific to my mobile and still, I will have to pay for it.
When asked about what is this BER case and why it was not informed while explaining the policy, it was told that I should have checked the FAQs and terms and conditions. But then why the custoner care executive didn’t tell even once that I should check the terms and conditions before making the payment. Rather immediately they wanted me to make payment.
After several mails and phone calls, i didn’t get proper reply. Every time I was told that I will receive a call within 48 hrs, but it never came. Being frustrated when I asked to send my mobile back without repair and refund amount and I had asked well within 15 days, I didn’t get any reply, but I was getting continuous emails for submitting documents to claim the refund.
After that when I called to check why my handset is not returned, I came to know my mail was read after two days of completion of dead line and then was ignored since the deadline was over. Even if it’s their mistake, I will suffer.
After 14 emails where I have got reply only 4 that too not with any satisfying answer, then around 40 phone calls, their executive told that I can’t get my handset back as I didn’t confirm within 15 days.
When I shouted and asked him to read the emails that I had written, he accepted that my mail was read on 17th July which is after 15 days.Even though it is their fault, but they canceled my request to return my handset.
After that, it was told to me to sent an email to settlementdesk@oneassist.in and I will get my handset back within 4 days, but still, there is no reply after so many days.
Finally, I got a mail 3 days before which states that my service request is completed and OneAssist is happy to repair/replace my handset and I had to provide feedback. Now you tell me what feedback should I give..!!! Don’t serve.

This kind of harassment and negligence has become intolerable and is getting into my nerves. I want my handset back irrespective of it is repaired or not. I feel utterly disgusted with such kind of careless attitude.
So I request you to do the needful action as soon as possible.

I have tried calling your customer care but never succeeded fro the same.

I send more than request to reverse R Shield premium Amount i am not interest premium insurance. So, Kindly request to i want close my bajaj finserv – rbl bank credit card.

i am sure thousand million times very very poor service rbl bank credit card.
