Scam or fraud: Flipkart — peponi corporate office lace up shoe

Complaint Details:
I purchased a Peponi Corporate Office Lace up Shoe (Order ID: OD109447057573841000) on 16th Jun’17. The product was damaged after 2-3 uses. I raised a return request on 14th July and no one came to pick the item till 25th July. On 26th a pick was attempted and the person denied as teh item was used. I contacted flipkart support, and after 3 hours of discussion and multiple call disconnects (Intentional disconnection I must say) some one from escalation team, initiated a return request for the product again and assured me that the product will be picked up in his current codition and a refund will be processed within 2 days. Pick up person came again and denied to pick the item with same reason, so I contacted the flipkart support again. I am still on hold to get in touch with a supervisor. I have been contacting the support since 11:30 AM today and stil on hold (At 1:51 PM ). No one providing any help and just hsaring the policy itself. I have not been transferred to any supervisor . I have asked them to provvide me the Ombudsman or Grivance team details that was also not shared. I have lost 5-7 precious hours of my life in chasing up with the flipkart support.
