Complaint Details:
In june 2016 I got a call from one assist (as being told) narrating the story of their product which was being declined by me. But after 15 days or so i got a reply in the form of membership of one assist without any of my agreement.

Again after one year they renewed my plan without my permission and deducted 1899 Rs.

On contacting the bank and giving my request i was assured to get my money within few days after an inquiry being conducted

my relationship number provided by one assist is (1157890) and plan is (Enhanced WA Privilege Single Plan)

I want my cancellation. Many request have been lodged to them at their number (1800 123 3330) regarding refund but no proper reply is being provided.

NOTE: there are so many complaints against this company fetching money from the accounts of the persons without their permission. How is it possible, still not understood? If their is any involvement of banks seen here ?

Hi,

Am Nikitha, I had ordered a product from SSS online shopping 3 months ago with payment from my debit card, as per their order confirmation they will deliver the order within 28 days. Am still awaiting for my order, customer care doesn’t respond to the emails and calls and I have been following up and raising my concerns but there is no response. These kind of negligence cannot be accepted and they are not fit to do business doing such kind of frauds.

Could you please help me getting my order or refund of my payment.

My problem is shadow images i have already given 4 time to repair but yet solution not resolve what should i do i have given my mobile in service center near navimumbai Vashi telecom.i was given on 19th july but yet didnt have came any call i m very frustated related to these things same problem coming again and again i have already spoke 32 pople in customer care but didnt came any call from senior please response me my number is 9987338059.rest of the things i will tell you when i will get the call from a senior or hugher department.

I booked cylinder for home delivery on 18-20 days ago but not deliver to cylinder When ever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP Gas Agency.

Naukri support send me a mail and call for job confirmation in hospital which i want in ahmedabad and demand for 1900/. i pay 19oo/ then say 6300/ for interview call and say that it is refundable. then demand for 15200/ for verification. i got a call from trilok from shinemployer -hr@naukrisupport.in for 15200/

then i realize its fraud company

plz take action. i want my money back.

I am a retired army officer, I have taken two policies from Reliance one in the month of may and 2nd in the month of July 2012. Reliance people had misguided me and asked me to pay the premium, as soon as I realised that the premium which I have to pay against these two policies is very high I have approached reliance to cancel my both the policies and submitted the originals in their office for cancellation. But as on date nothing has happened.

I have also approached Director of Public Grieviences but nothing has happened and no actions have been taken. I am a retired person my monthly pension is appx. Rs.30000/- from where I will pay the premium of Rs. 75000/- Hence I have requested them to cancel my both the policies but they are not ready to cancel it.

Would appreciate you can help us to cancel the policies and refund my money back

There is a construction going on behind Brilliant Convention centre and aside Brilliant Titanium, There are 10 + Trees which are being damaged . Please take care of these Trees or move these Trees from here to some safe place .

I have requested twice for a change of my Bank account details with my wife Bank account details, which is associated with my Payumoney machine. But, nothing happened yet. There is no response from your side. This is pathetic. At least have some courtesy to reply to your customer. I can’t use the machine until the account gets change and it affecting my business. If you cannot d it let me know, there are lots other option available in the market.

my son has purchase food pouch of real hunger company, as they have shown number of toys on the wrapper and shown photo of cycle on wrapper. they have written “free gift inside.” in one wrapper my son has got cycle on coupon, but as I talked to the given number, they have refused to give us free gift.

I replied to them once again as follow :-
Dear Sir/Madam,
I think you have not understand my complaint it is not about losses in capital market it is about irresponsible services by your executives and losses because of unprofessional behavior of them. You have replied in a very easy way without understanding the proper problem or perhaps it is very cunningly replied. I have some point which I need clarification from your side:-
1. Your executives calls many time and respond to each and every calls, only till payment is made, once payments done nobody is there to respond to customers calls even after various calls try in this regard.
2. As you have clarified in your reply that your company not provides trading calls through voice calls than why your executives doing such practice very frequently and why you are not taking any action against them because they are breaking company policy.
3. Telephonic trading calls and losses due to that is a very common complaint for our company and you are very much OK with them that’s why this practice is still going on. This practice is very well known to your seniors also. Should you not be strict on this for your customers.
4. If you are comfortable with this things than you should also be comfortable with deviating refunding policy also and so I demand you to please refund my money because I am totally not interested to continue it.

This practice of your executives is not only making loses for customers since we are not getting guidance when required, because of not responding of calls, but also making negative impartation of your company.
Any way I once against demand you to refund my money as I am not interested to continue with you and also request you to reply the above point.
