Scam or fraud: Club Mahindra Holidays — non refund of advance payment

This is with reference to club mahindra membership which i enrolled in the month of June – 2017 wherein i was assured that there will be flexibility in my payment schedule.

As per the representative my installments would start as and when i will need it however they started their first installment from the month of July-17 for which i was not ready and hence had to ask for cancellation of the membership.

Real shock was received when i made an application for cancellation ” they told me that the total advance payment of Rs 54210 would be forfeited ” this is broad light cheating of consumers money.

I suggest to all consumers to beware of “CLUB MAHINDRA HOLIDAYS” as they are here to make business out of consumers hard earned money.

First they will create rosy pictures and will agree to all your demands and the moment you are in the boat they will take you for a ride and the ride is going to be a very “COSTLY RIDE “.

I feel that a very esteemed and respectable person like Mr. Anand Mahindra has to resort to such kind of cheap business practices, ( Mr. Anandji am sorry to state but this is the state of your business partners.)

I opted for the one assist membership about a year ago. But i recently opted for cancellation of the service by calling customer care and my request for cancellation was registered.

But the membership is not still cancelled and i have been again charged for the membership fee..

This is a kind of fraud service they are running where the customer opted for cancellation and are still charging them the fee…

I bought my Honda cb hornet on 7th of July. After a week a problem was there a problem in starting my vehicle… I visited customer care and they repaired it. After a couple of days same problem was there in the vehicle. I visited the customer care again and I was asked for leaving the vehicle for one day and I agreed… They repaired it again.. after that I’ve visited the service center 4 times and I’ve the same problem till now… Please help… It’s 17th day of the vehicle .

My I Phone 7 Bought from Dubai Airport in Dec-2016 and started using after 20th Jun – 2017 exact date not known to me. In a week time, I was charging phone and suddenly screen becomes black and dead. I had approached B2X service solutions in Andheri Mumbai on 5th Jul-2017 and given them my handset.

The next day, I got call from B2X that handset is not picking up and needs to send to Banglore for further diagnosis. They had verified phone in all respect before sending to Banglore and there was no complain and any information given to me.

I hardly use new phone for 15 days time and have not provided to anybody or any mechanics since I am a I phone user since last 10 years and I am aware about consequences. I am highly educated and professional and cannot allow such practice to happen. After few days, I got call from B2X that my new phone is modified and It is receiving back from Banglore.

I need to understand, how come this happen to new phone ? Whether this has been done by your Dealer selling at the Dubai Airport ??? Or your Mechanics or Service provider has done this that has to be understand.

I am now approaching to consumer court and even openly writing to social media and news channels as well since we all are aware I Phone 7 has serious DEAD complain and Apple is failed to provide solution.

I need if something modified by your service provider or MECHANIC OR EVEN DEALER, how I do know ? Why customer suffer because of this ? I need complete CCTV footage of B2X as well Banglore with minute to Minute recording.

I have purchsed Bajaj 200 ns on 9 jun 2017. On the 1st day itself i had found a deflict in brake shoe. while i was go to home the back brake has got jammed and it stoped suddenly in the midlle of the road. Then the showroom members had fixed the problem. Then after 10 days i had faced issue on gear shifting still now they had not fixed the problem and still didnt receive the bike. On friday they had delivered the bike again with the same problem. Now i was helpless i didnt know what to do now. Just 10 days i had used the bike and rest of the days the bike was in showroom.Still they are saying that they are fixing the problem. It is about 21 days still didint received my bike. I had filed a complaint on the Bajaj customer care and even i had a response. But without they fixing the problem they had returned the bike on friday 21 jul 2017 . on that day itself i realised the problem had not fixed and returned the bike to service again on friday evening itself. I still didint get what are those guys doing with my bike. More than 20 days i was facing too many problem without bike.

Does i made any delay on payment and all? even you guys had buyed extra 2 percentage for card payment. please guys try to understand the value of money.

please check there is any chance to replace the bike or refund the amount back.I like to share a information u can able to replace the bike or refund back my amount. But what will you guys do if i met accident and passed aways means is there any solution. on friday it is 2nd time i might have met with accident. Please take the proper steps to return my bike in good condition or else new bike.

Today i went to vodafone store for conversion from postpaid (corporate) to prepaid. So first the person tried to convince me to continue with it.. Then when i told him that i want to be done with it so he said he ll see to it.. Then i asked for the amt due till date for bill clearance and he told me to wait. I waited there for more than 1 hr and he told me u cant get it now.. Contact me later.. So this is the way employees are treating thier customers for conversion… They are fooling… Vodafone customer service is totally disapointing.

Hi all,

I have booked ticket from hyderabad to mumbai. In redbus, My journey date is 23/07/17.

In vrl. private travel they will not allow cardboard luggage that I don’t have information.

At the time of boarding they are telling we will not allow cardboard packed luggage.

I checked with redbus team for the same,
If they have policy they have to share the info on terms and conditions.

They have not mentioned anything about on the same.

I didn’t travelled in that bus, they also not refunding the amount also.
