Scam or fraud: Payumoney Customer Care Service — no response for my email

Complaint Details:
I have requested twice for a change of my Bank account details with my wife Bank account details, which is associated with my Payumoney machine. But, nothing happened yet. There is no response from your side. This is pathetic. At least have some courtesy to reply to your customer. I can’t use the machine until the account gets change and it affecting my business. If you cannot d it let me know, there are lots other option available in the market.
